 Patrick Quillinan, M.A., PCI

 Patrick Quillinan is the Senior Security Investigator for Takeda Pharmaceuticals U.S.A., Inc. in Deerfield, Illinois.   Beyond investigations, he manages the nationwide workplace conduct / workplace violence program and is the founder of Takeda's Interdisciplinary Threat Assessment Team. As a former Operations Commander for the Lincolnshire Police Department, Patrick created multiple options for corporate and business entities within the village to access police support prior to employee conversations that had the potential for risk.  He earned an M.A. in Management & Leadership from Webster University and B.A. in Law Enforcement Administration for Western Illinois University


Nancy D. Bourke, M.S., NCC, LCP (IL), CPP

 Nancy Bourke is an experienced security and threat management consultant whose current focus includes the impact of mental health issues.  She has experience working with corporate, institutional and private clients on threat assessment and management issues ranging from high-risk terminations, special events and stalking. Her background includes more than 20 years of security system and procedure design.  She earned her M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University and B.A. in Applied Behavioral Science from National Louis University.
