Captain Ron Davis
is a 32 year police veteran who currently serves as a member of Chief Joseph
Perez's executive Command staff with the Metra Police Department in Chicago.
Ron has served in this position since April of 2017. Ron previously served in
command positions with the City of Burbank Police Department and the City of
Park Ridge Police Departments. In his career with the City of Burbank Police Department
Ron served as a Patrol Officer, FTO, Detective, Task Force Agent-assigned to
the DEA, Sergeant, Detective Sergeant and lastly a Lieutenant in both Patrol
and Investigations. Ron holds a Master's
Degree in Criminal Justice from Chicago State University and is a graduate of
the Northwestern University's School of Police Staff and Command, Class#175. Ron
has also completed advanced leadership and management training through the FBI
Law Enforcement Executive Development Association (LEEDA). Ron has been a member of the Illinois
Association of Chief of Police since 2005.
Officer Jennifer Bulinski has been with the Metra Police Department in Chicago since 2017.
Officer Bulinski is an Accident Reconstruction Officer, Field Training Officer,
and acts as the departments' peer mentor and recruit coordinator. Officer
Bulinski also spearheads numerous community policing events such as National
Night Out and the Torch Run for Special Olympics. Officer Bulinski possesses a
Master's degree in Business Administration with certificates in
Organizational Development and Leadership, in addition to a Bachelors of Arts
degree in Biology and Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Science. Prior to
her career in law enforcement Officer Bulinski had been an Adjunct Professor
and a Simulation Coordinator and Technician for the School of Nursing and
Health Sciences at North Park University.
