Detective Oscar Valenzuela

Oscar Valenzuela has been in law enforcement for 16 years
beginning in 1997 with the Chicago Police Department as a patrol officer.
He also worked in the gangs unit for a couple years as
well as internal affairs. He then moved into the Intelligence and Counter
terrorism Division where he was introduced to ORC (Organize Retail Crime) unit
and working with the private sector. Mr. Valenzuela was promoted to Detective
where he is currently investigating Robberies and Burglaries. In 2001, he
was the recipient of the prestigious 2011 Law Enforcement Retail Partnership
Award.

(Mark) Drozd

Mr.
Drozd has been Chicago Police Officer for over 12 years. Last 5 years assigned
to Bureau of Organized Crime Intelligence Section (formerly Counterterrorism
Division). He was one of the originators in 2010 along with the private
sector of the concept of CCROC in effort to combat transnational organized
groups that formed criminal enterprises to commit different financial crimes.
Our Law Enforcement-Private Sector Partnership efforts were noticed by National
Retail Federation in 2011 when we received NRF Law Enforcement Retail
Partnership Award. He is currently
assigned to CCROC Task Force as Chief of Intelligence Officer and member of
CCROC Board.
