Director of Security Commonwealth Edison  "ComEd" Oakbrook Terrace, IL

Has served as Director of Security for "CornEd" since April 2013. Responsible for protection of CornEd employees, customers, operations and facilities. Efforts are focused on identification and mitigation of threats emanating from the violent crimes, frauds, and terrorism arenas. Responsible for the Intelligence; Physical Security and Investigations functions.  Leading efforts to develop a "Gold Standard" security program for CornEd.

Head of Security RBS Citizens Bank Cranston, Rl

Served as Senior Vice-President, Head of Security, and global risks advisor for RBS Citizens Bank from August 2009 through March 2013. Efforts were focused on identification and mitigation of threats emanating from the cyber; IPR; fraud; terrorism; international corruption and organized crimes arenas. Responsible for the Intelligence; Fraud Prevention; Physical Security and Investigations functions. Successfully led efforts to develop and implement security processes that aligned with global frameworks. Directed efforts to develop proactive threat identification and risks assessment processes.

Assistant Director, Special Agent In-Charge (Cleveland, OH), and Legal Attache (London, UK)

Federal Bureau of investigation (FBI)


Served as an executive with the FBI for over ten years leading international and domestic national security and criminal investigative programs and initiatives.

Performed admirably as a United States Diplomat and executive level liaison with security service, police and private sector entities creating and maintaining critical partnerships to protect national security.  As Assistant Director, he was responsible for leadership of the FBI's human resources program.  As SAC and Legal Attache, he led all investigative programs targeting international and domestic terrorism, counterintelligence including economic espionage, cyber crimes, white-collar crime and criminal enterprise matters.
