GENERAL DESCRIPTION
|
A position description is
written to describe
work currently performed and organized by a fully qualified employee who
possesses knowledge, skills,
and experience
required by the position.
The stated
objective of this and every ESI position is to provide World Class service and support
our growing clientele. This
specific individual would be responsible for co-managing ESI Schaumburg, IL regional office. This
individual should have sufficient knowledge of security
systems including Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion,
and Intercom systems
to be able to explain, educate, answer
questions, bid,
estimate, and ultimately close business
that is in line with ESI's line card and
corporate objectives. Must have a strong
command of P&L
concepts and ability to report and communicate
effectively. Strong local knowledge of the
greater Chicago market is essential.
The individual should be able to work independently with minimal direction by Superiors, but be able to collaborate with existing Project Manager.

Seek out and secure new business
for the Schaumburg, IL office.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
|
Some college or equivalent work experience
|
A minimum of 10 years of security work experience
|
A minimum of 5 years of sales
experience in the Chicago area
|
Ability to work independently with little oversight, but
still deliver consistent
results
|
Ability to react to changes
productively and handle other
essential tasks as assigned
|
Ability to understand, follow, and write English instructions
|
