Management Model and its Applications"

Agents Jerold Kulik and Matthew Williams
The presenters, both Special Agents for the U.S.
Department of State, Diplomatic Security Service (DSS), will discuss the
platform used by their agency in developing their threat management model. A case presentation on the "Serbian Sniper"
will highlight the actions taken by the DSS while conducting investigations and
analyzing threats posed against those that conduct U.S. foreign policy at home
and abroad.

The networking and continental breakfast
session will take place at 8:30 a.m., followed by the Chapter's short business
meetings, which will begin promptly at 9:00 a.m. The presentation will start at the conclusion
of the business meetings. Our host, HSTI
Director Tom Brady, has kindly offered attendees a tour of their state of the
art facility at the conclusion of our meeting at 11:00 a.m.
WebEx will not be available for this meeting. Members are welcome
to invite guests and all attendees are reminded that pre-registration is
