Title: Fearless Forward: Career Plot Twists, Glass Ceilings & Other Scary Things

Synopsis:

What happens when your career doesn’t follow a straight path? You keep moving forward — fearlessly.

Join us for an inspiring and candid journey through Elizabeth Moslander’s 30+ year career, from the service industry and retail management to working as a court clerk and simultaneous interpreter/translator, serving as a probation officer, and ultimately building a career in corporate security leadership.

With a little Halloween spirit and plenty of real-life “plot twists,” Elizabeth will share the unexpected turns, challenges, risks, and opportunities that shaped her career — including navigating a traditionally male-dominated security industry, breaking through barriers, finding her voice as a leader, and learning that sometimes the biggest career breakthroughs come from the moments that initially feel the most intimidating.

This isn’t a story about having a perfect plan. It’s about having the courage to take the next step — even when you can’t see what’s around the corner.

Fearless Forward is a celebration of resilience, reinvention, courage, and the power of saying yes to opportunities that may not look like the path you originally imagined.
