Why should you attend the Aggression
Management & Leadership Resilience Workshop?
Experience Prevention in Action: A Hands-On 3-Hour CAPS Workshop
Date: January 28, 2026
Duration: 3 Hours | Interactive Workshop
Join us for an immersive session that demonstrates how prevention works in practice–not theory. This is not another lecture. It’s a dynamic, hands-on experience designed for business leaders, HR professionals, educations, healthcare providers, first responders, and security directors who are responsible for building safer, more resilient organizations.
What to Expect
Hour 1: Foundation of CAPS
Gain a clear understanding of the Critical Aggression Prevention System (CAPS)–what it is, how it works and why it is scientifically reliable. You’ll learn how CAPS helps organizations detect and prevent early signs of aggression before they escalate into harassment, bullying, discrimination, abuse or violence.
Hours 2-3: Real-World Application
Participants who register by 5:00 p.m. CST on January 14 will recieve advance access to the CAPS Mobile App (Practice Edition) along with credentials for a secure online portal that provides additional tutorials, Q&A sessions, and discussion threads with CAPS facilitators. This allows early registrants to explore the app in advance, practice identifying early aggression indicators, and bring meaningful insights to the live workshop.
During the event, you’ll use your own workplace scenarios to log and analyze early warning behaviors on the CAPS Dashboard , seeing firsthand how realtime data transforms into actionable insight.
This session illustrates how Certified Aggression Managers use CAPS to prevent incidents while maintaining compliance with HIPPA, FERPA, the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and GDPR privacy standards
